Registered Manager - 3-Bed EBD Children's Home

Location: Rawtenstall
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Bonuses

Leader Recruitment Group have partnered with a Client seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a brand-new, 3-bed EBD children's home in Rawtenstall. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to establish and develop a high-quality service that prioritizes placement matching and child-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the home through Ofsted registration, ensuring full regulatory compliance
• Maintain high standards to achieve GOOD/Outstanding inspection ratings
• Recruit, manage, and develop a strong and stable staff team
• Create a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for children and young people
• Work closely with the Responsible Individual, who has extensive experience in children's residential homes

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a children's residential home
• Previous Ofsted registration experience, with a track record of GOOD/Outstanding ratings
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• A deep understanding of placement matching and individual care planning
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
• Excellent knowledge of Ofsted regulations and children's residential care standards
