Position: Children's Residential Support Worker
Location: Rotherham
Salary: £13.20 - £13.90 per hour + £3,000-£6,000 per annum for sleep-ins (approx. 4-8 sleep-ins per month)
Hours: Full-Time, 39 hours per week
Full UK Driving Licence Required

What You'll Do
- Foster a secure, caring home where children feel valued and supported.
- Be a positive role model, offering emotional and practical support to meet daily needs.
- Dive into fun activities like football, baking, cycling, or gaming to spark joy and connection.
- Encourage children to explore hobbies and make choices, building their confidence and independence.
- Assist with household tasks like cooking and cleaning to maintain a welcoming space.
- Build strong, trusting relationships that help children navigate challenges and grow.
- Work a flexible schedule, including shifts, weekends, and sleep-ins (approx. 4-8 per month).
Who We're Looking For
- Essential: Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- A warm, resilient, and flexible approach with a genuine passion for supporting young people.
- Great communication skills and an enthusiastic, positive attitude.
- Eager to engage in activities and share interests with children to enrich their lives.
- Ready to work shifts and undertake sleep-in duties as needed.
