Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum + performance bonuses
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (flexible hours, including on-call duties)

About the Opportunity
Leader Recruitment Group is seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead a children's residential home in Liverpool. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards and Children's Homes Regulations.
  • Lead and inspire a team to provide high-quality, person-centred care tailored to each child's needs.
  • Develop and implement care plans, risk assessments, and safeguarding procedures.
  • Manage budgets, staffing, and resources to maintain a safe and supportive environment.
  • Build strong relationships with external agencies, local authorities, and stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement to achieve or maintain a 'Good' or 'Outstanding' Ofsted rating.
  • Act as a positive role model, fostering trust and supporting young people's growth.
About You
  • Essential:
    • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent, or willingness to work towards).
    • At least 3 years' experience in a children's residential setting, with 1-2 years in a supervisory or management role.
    • Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, The Children Act 1989, and safeguarding practices.
    • Full UK Driving Licence and flexibility for on-call duties.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Desirable:
    • Previous experience as a Registered Manager.
    • Proven success in achieving high Ofsted ratings.
