Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young people? We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to join our Children's Home specialising in Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) in Ilford.

As the Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting young people and ensuring high-quality care. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Upholding and promoting the rights of young people, ensuring choice, respect, dignity, and privacy.
- Adhering to safeguarding policies and reporting any concerns in line with procedures.
- Notifying the Service Manager of significant changes in young people's needs.
- Maintaining accurate records in line with company policies.
- Conducting formal key work sessions with young people and producing detailed reports.
- Promoting young people's involvement in service delivery, quality assurance, and organisational development.
- Communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing, with internal colleagues and external stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- NVQ Level 3 (minimum) in a social care-related subject.
- At least 2 years' experience in Children's Residential Care.
- Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties and their impact on young people.
- Flexibility to work shift patterns, including weekends.
