Registered Manager - Children's Residential Home (EBD)
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £62,500 + performance-related bonus (OTE up to £72,500)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are recruiting on behalf of an established provider for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 6-bed EBD children's residential home. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong track record in achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes.

About the Home:

• 6-bed home supporting children aged 8 to 18 with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD)

• Home has been operational for one year

• Rated Good by Ofsted in its last inspection

• Currently 2 young people in placement - both settled

• Stable and experienced team of staff with strong retention

Candidate Requirements:

• Must be an experienced Registered Manager in a children's residential setting

• Hold the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)

• Proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings

• Full UK driving licence is essential
