Salary: Up to £48,000 per annum + £5,000 welcome bonus + 21% annual salary bonus
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (flexible hours, including on-call duties)

About the Opportunity
Leader Recruitment Group is thrilled to partner with a committed provider to recruit a skilled Registered Manager for a children's residential home in Hinkley, dedicated to supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the home's operations, ensuring exceptional care standards and compliance with Ofsted and Children's Homes Regulations.
- Develop strategic plans and manage daily operations to drive outstanding outcomes for young people.
- Mentor and guide staff, facilitating QCF Level 3 training, appraisals, and work schedules.
- Build meaningful relationships with children to foster recovery, growth, and lasting positive change.
- Act as a role model, promoting a nurturing and therapeutic environment for staff and residents.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and service enhancements to ensure sustainability.
- Work closely with external agencies to uphold safeguarding and quality care practices.
About You
- Essential:
- At least 3 years' experience in a senior role within a children's residential setting.
- Level 3 or 4 in Children and Young People's Workforce; achieved or working towards Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Children and Young People's Management).
- Thorough understanding of The Children Act 1989, Children's Homes Regulations, and safeguarding protocols.
- Experience in budget and financial management.
- Full UK Driving Licence and flexibility for on-call duties.
- A dedicated leader passionate about improving children's lives.
- Success in achieving strong Ofsted ratings.
