Leader Recruitment Group are excited to partner with a new provider, to recruit an experienced Registered Manager for a soon-to-be-established children's residential home in Sheffield. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead on a 4-bed home designed to support children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). With a Responsible Individual (RI) already in place, you'll have the support needed to launch and manage this service effectively.

- Oversee the setup and daily operations of a 4-bed EBD children's home.
- Ensure exceptional care and safeguarding standards for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
- Achieve and maintain compliance with Ofsted regulations and quality standards.
- Recruit, lead, and develop a dedicated staff team.
- Promote a child-focused environment with a commitment to positive outcomes.
- Work closely with the Responsible Individual and external stakeholders to deliver a successful service.

The ideal candidate will bring:
- Proven experience as an Ofsted Registered Manager in a children's residential setting (essential).
- A successful history of supporting children with EBD and achieving positive results.
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted requirements, safeguarding, and quality assurance.
- Leadership expertise with the ability to build and inspire a cohesive team.
- NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Children & Young People's Services) or equivalent (or working towards it).
- A proactive, child-first mindset with a passion for making a difference.
