Registered Manager - Burton (3-bed LD Home)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Manager to lead a newly established 3-bed Learning Disabilities (LD) home in Burton. This is an excellent chance to make a real impact and shape the direction of a new service, helping it grow and improve while providing high-quality care for individuals with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and operational management of the service

• Oversee all aspects of the home's operations, including staffing, care, and compliance

• Implement and drive improvements to the home's internal environment

• Ensure the service meets regulatory requirements and CQC standards

• Develop, implement, and review care plans, risk assessments, and support plans

• Lead and mentor staff, promoting a culture of high-quality care

• Act as the Registered Manager with the CQC and ensure the service is always operating at its best

Requirements:

• Level 4 or Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management (essential)

• Significant experience working with individuals with Learning Disabilities (LD)

• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading a team and improving services

• Proven track record of successfully managing a residential care setting

• A thorough understanding of CQC regulations and standards for LD services

• Full UK Driving License (essential)

Salary: £43,000 - £46,000 per annum (including quarterly bonuses)
