Registered Manager - Children's Residential Home
Location: Mitcham, London
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum (DOE) + Performance Bonuses

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a growing children's residential care provider seeking a Registered Manager for a newly renovated home in Mitcham.

This home has been fully refurbished to a high standard, and the provider has ambitious plans to expand by converting existing supported accommodation services into Ofsted-registered children's homes. The Director brings a strong background in children's residential care, creating a supportive and knowledgeable leadership environment.

Key Requirements:

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)

• Experience managing an Ofsted-registered children's home

• Confident in leading and developing staff teams

• Passionate about providing high-quality care for children and young people
