Senior Residential Childcare Support Worker
Location: Keighley
Salary: £30,100 - £31,600 + approx. £4,000 for sleep-ins
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week (including 1-2 sleep-ins)

Leader Group is recruiting for a Senior Residential Childcare Support Worker at a new 2-bed therapeutic children's home in Keighley. This home supports children aged 6-11 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) using trauma-informed care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to provide safe, nurturing, trauma-informed care.

• Support children's emotional development using PACE and Team Teach.

• Plan activities to promote growth and well-being.

• Maintain care plans and records, working closely with a therapeutic social worker.

Candidate Requirements:

• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)

• Experience with vulnerable children, especially with EBD

• Knowledge of trauma-informed approaches and behaviour management

• Full UK driving licence and vehicle access

• Strong leadership and communication skills
