Location: Wisbech
Salary: £13.20 - £13.90 per hour + £3,000-£6,000 per annum for sleep-ins (approx. 4-8 sleep-ins per month)
Hours: Full-Time, 39 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent
Full UK Driving Licence Required

Key Responsibilities
- Create a safe, caring, and welcoming home environment for children and young people.
- Serve as a positive role model, supporting their daily needs and fostering trust-based relationships.
- Engage in fun activities like football, gaming, cycling, baking, or sharing hobbies to enrich their lives.
- Provide emotional and physical support, empowering young people to navigate challenges and make choices.
- Assist with household tasks such as cooking and cleaning to maintain a comfortable home.
- Build meaningful connections, encouraging young people to develop confidence and independence.
- Work flexibly, including shifts, weekends, and sleep-in duties (approx. 4-8 per month).
What We're Looking For
- Essential: Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- A genuine passion for supporting young people, with a caring, flexible, and resilient attitude.
- Strong communication skills, positivity, and enthusiasm for engaging in activities and hobbies.
- Ability to build rapport with young people and colleagues, fostering a supportive environment.
- Willingness to work shifts and undertake sleep-in duties as required.
