Residential Support Worker - Children's Home
Location: Shrewsbury
Salary: £12.60 - £13.30 per hour + £62.64 per sleep-in shift
Hours: Full-time - 39 hours per week
Driving Licence Required

Leader Group are working in partnership with a highly respected children's residential care provider to recruit Residential Support Workers for their home in Aylesbury.

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people aged 8-18 with emotional and behavioural difficulties. You'll join a dedicated team providing consistent, safe, and nurturing care that helps children thrive.

What You'll Do:

• Build trusted relationships with children and young people

• Support them through everyday challenges and emotional difficulties

• Promote routines, boundaries, and a therapeutic environment

• Work as part of a committed staff team on a rota including long days and sleep-ins

What We're Looking For:

• Kindness, resilience, and a sense of humour

• Willingness to learn and adapt in challenging situations

• A Full UK Driving Licence is essential

• No formal qualifications required - full training is provided
