Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
Bonuses: £5,000 Welcome Bonus + 21% Annual Bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care within the home, ensuring outstanding progress and outcomes for children.
- Oversee all aspects of the home's operations, including strategic planning, service development, and day-to-day management.
- Lead a team of professionals to provide therapeutic care and support tailored to each child's needs, fostering recovery, growth, and lasting change.
- Act as a positive role model for colleagues and children, building trusting relationships to meet their everyday living needs.
- Mentor staff, organise work patterns, facilitate QCF Level 3 training, and conduct performance reviews and appraisals.
- Manage budgets and financial performance to ensure the home operates efficiently.
- Ensure robust safeguarding practices and compliance with legislation, including The Children Act 1989 and Children's Homes Regulations.
- Promote the protection, well-being, and development of children and young people.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar environment at a senior level.
- Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce.
- Achieved or working towards Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services (Children and Young People's Management).
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, including The Children Act 1989, Children's Homes Regulations, and safeguarding procedures.
- Proven experience in budget management and financial oversight.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve the best outcomes for children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with children, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Essential: Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Flexibility to work on-call duties as required.
