Salary: £29,200 - £30,400 per annum + £3,000 - £8,000 per annum for sleep-ins
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (39 hours per week)
Driving Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence required

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support, fostering recovery, growth, and lasting change for young people.
- Lead and mentor a team of support workers, acting as a positive role model to ensure exceptional care standards.
- Meet the daily living needs of children, creating a safe and nurturing home environment.
- Build trusting relationships with young people and colleagues to make a meaningful impact.
- Support the Registered Manager in delivering therapeutic, tailored care for each child.
- Contribute to a positive team culture, ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive.
About You
- Essential:
- Minimum of 12 months' experience in the care sector, ideally in a children's residential setting.
- Naturally caring, flexible, and resilient with a passion for supporting young people.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including sleep-ins.
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards).
- Previous experience in a senior or supervisory role within a children's home.
