Salary: £29,200 - £30,400 per annum + £3,000 - £8,000 per annum for sleep-ins
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (39 hours per week)
Driving Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence required

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to young people, fostering their recovery, growth, and development.
- Lead and mentor a team of support workers, acting as a positive role model to ensure outstanding care standards.
- Meet the daily living needs of young people, creating a safe and nurturing home environment.
- Build trusting relationships with children, colleagues, and external professionals to make a lasting impact.
- Support the Registered Manager in delivering therapeutic care tailored to each child's needs.
- Contribute to a culture of growth and positivity, ensuring young people have opportunities to thrive.
About You
- Essential:
- Minimum of 12 months' experience in the care sector, ideally in a children's residential setting.
- Naturally caring, flexible, and resilient with a passion for supporting young people.
- Full UK Driving Licence and over the age of 21.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including sleep-ins.
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards).
- Experience in a senior or supervisory role within a children's home.
