Location: Warrington, Cheshire
Salary: £13.60 - £14.20 per hour (£27,580 - £28,797 per annum, based on 39 hours/week) + £3,000 - £6,000 per annum sleep-in allowance
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (39 hours/week, long day shifts plus sleep-ins)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, therapeutic care, including personal care, to young people with complex needs.
- Offer patience, understanding, and encouragement, supporting young people through challenges and celebrating their successes.
- Lead and inspire the team, promoting child-centred, therapeutic models to achieve the best outcomes.
- Build trusting relationships with young people, fostering their emotional and social development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe, nurturing, and supportive home environment.
- Contribute to care plans, risk assessments, and safeguarding procedures in line with Ofsted standards.
About You
- Essential:
- Minimum of 12 months' experience in complex care within a residential childcare or health and social care setting.
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or Health and Social Care.
- Strong communication skills and a naturally caring, flexible, and resilient nature.
- Ability to work flexibly, including long day shifts and sleep-ins.
- Knowledge or experience of child-centred, therapeutic models.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Knowledge of Makaton or British Sign Language (BSL).
- Previous experience in a senior or mentoring role.
