Salary: £31,200 - £32,400 per annum + £3,000 - £6,000 per annum for sleep-ins
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (39 hours per week)
Driving Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence required

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, person-centred care to young people, supporting their emotional and behavioural needs.
- Guide and mentor support workers, setting a positive example to uphold high care standards.
- Foster a safe, loving home environment that promotes recovery, growth, and confidence.
- Build meaningful, trusting relationships with young people to support their development.
- Work closely with the Registered Manager to deliver tailored, therapeutic care.
- Contribute to a supportive team culture, ensuring every child feels valued and empowered.
About You
- Essential:
- At least 12 months' experience in the care sector, within a children's residential setting.
- A caring, adaptable, and resilient nature with a passion for helping young people thrive.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including sleep-ins.
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards).
- Experience in a senior or mentoring role in a care setting.
