Salary: £29,203.20 - £30,420.00 per annum + £4,000 - £8,000 per annum for sleep-ins
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (39 hours per week)
Driving Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence required

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality care, including personal care and medication administration, tailored to each young person's needs.
- Mentor and guide support workers, setting a positive example to maintain exceptional care standards.
- Create a warm, safe home environment that fosters growth, recovery, and confidence.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with young people to support their emotional and social development.
- Work closely with the Registered Manager to provide therapeutic, individualised care.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture that empowers every child to succeed.
About You
- Essential:
- Minimum of 12 months' experience in a children's residential setting.
- Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People (or equivalent).
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- A caring, resilient, and adaptable approach with a passion for supporting young people.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including sleep-ins.
- Experience in a senior or mentoring role in a care setting.
- Knowledge of supporting young people with disabilities or autism.
