Registered Manager - Children's Home
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + Performance Bonuses
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (with some flexibility & on-call duties)

We are working with a well-established children's care provider who is opening a brand-new EBD children's home in Nottingham. The organisation is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead their 3-bed home offering long-term and crisis placements for children aged 8-17.

About the Home:

  • Brand new Ofsted-registered provision

  • Mixed gender placements for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD)

  • Therapeutic care model, with autonomy for the manager to shape and lead the home's culture

  • Strong existing staff structure with 1 Senior and 8 Residential Support Workers

  • Supportive Responsible Individual and oversight from the organisation's leadership team

Key Requirements:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)

  • Previous experience in a senior role within a children's residential care setting

  • Experience of managing or being part of an Ofsted-regulated setting

  • Confident leader with the ability to build and manage a strong team

  • Full Uk Driving Licence

Salary & Benefits:

  • Base salary: £55,000 - £65,000 (dependent on experience)

  • Bonus structure:

    • £3,000 for achieving Outstanding Ofsted rating

    • £1,500 for achieving Good

    • £400/month occupancy bonus for full placements

  • Monday to Friday schedule (with on-call responsibilities)
