Location: Bexley
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a brand-new 4-bed children's home in Bexley, specialising in Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

You will be joining an established and respected provider, already operating a GOOD-rated home, with clear ambitions to replicate and exceed those standards in this new service. The organisation champions a therapeutic approach, embedding PACE and trauma-informed practice into every aspect of care.

About you:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced leader who:

• Has prior experience as a Registered Manager or is a strong Deputy ready to step up

• Holds or is working towards the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Children and Young People

• Is confident in managing staff, overseeing safeguarding, and ensuring full compliance with Ofsted regulations

• Is committed to therapeutic, trauma-informed care and positive behaviour support

• Wants to make a genuine and lasting difference in the lives of vulnerable young people
