What You'll Do:
- Deliver high-quality, therapeutic care within a safe and loving home environment.
- Lead a team alongside a Service Manager and Deputy Manager to achieve the best outcomes for each child.
- Manage daily shifts, mentor staff, and contribute to strategic planning for the home.
- Act as a positive role model, building trusting relationships that foster recovery, growth, and lasting change.
- Ensure access to appropriate services to support the children's needs.
Requirements:
- Essential: At least 1 year's experience in a residential children's home.
- Knowledge of Ofsted legislation and safeguarding procedures.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and a strong team leader with a hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication skills and flexibility to work shifts, including sleep-ins.
- Full UK driving licence (required).
