We're recruiting for a Deputy Manager to join a well-established children's residential home that provides outstanding support to young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Supporting the Registered Manager in daily operations

  • Leading, coaching, and developing a staff team

  • Acting as a positive role model to children and colleagues

  • Managing rotas, budgets, and quality compliance

  • Driving a therapeutic, person-centred approach to care

  • Ensuring high standards of safeguarding and wellbeing

About You:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in children's residential care

  • NVQ/QCF Level 4 in Children and Young People (or equivalent)

  • Excellent knowledge of safeguarding and Ofsted standards

  • Confident managing rotas and budgets

  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills

  • Full UK driving licence essential
