We're recruiting for a Deputy Manager to join a well-established children's residential home that provides outstanding support to young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Supporting the Registered Manager in daily operations
Leading, coaching, and developing a staff team
Acting as a positive role model to children and colleagues
Managing rotas, budgets, and quality compliance
Driving a therapeutic, person-centred approach to care
Ensuring high standards of safeguarding and wellbeing
About You:
Minimum 3 years' experience in children's residential care
NVQ/QCF Level 4 in Children and Young People (or equivalent)
Excellent knowledge of safeguarding and Ofsted standards
Confident managing rotas and budgets
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Full UK driving licence essential
