Registered Manager - Children's Residential Home (EBD)
Wolverhampton
Up to £50,000 + £5,000 Welcome Bonus + 21% Annual Bonus
Full-Time | Permanent | 32 Days Annual Leave (Incl. Bank Holidays)
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and committed Registered Manager to lead a well-established 4-bed children's residential home in Wolverhampton. The home is currently rated "Good" by Ofsted and benefits from the support of an experienced Deputy Manager already in post.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the delivery of exceptional, person-centred care to all young people in the home
Lead, support, and develop a skilled team, promoting a positive, safe and nurturing environment
Develop care plans and therapeutic strategies focused on positive outcomes
Work collaboratively with external professionals and stakeholders
Maintain compliance with all Ofsted regulations, policies and legislation
Oversee financial and operational performance of the home
Promote safeguarding and the wellbeing of all young people
Take part in the on-call rota when required
What You'll Need:
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior role within children's residential care
Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce (or equivalent)
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (Children and Young People) or willingness to work towards
Strong understanding of Children's Homes Regulations and the Children Act 1989
Experience managing budgets and home operations
Full UK driving licence
